CSC O-Ringless Lower Stand Pipes — Ford 6.0L Powerstroke
Stop chasing repeat O-ring failures at your 6.0L Power Stroke high-pressure oil rail. These CNC-machined lower stand pipes seal metal-to-metal — there are no O-rings to swell, nick, or cook out under heat and boost. Machined from 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and a permanent, leak-free seal.

Fitment: Designed for 6.0L Power Stroke wavy-style HPOP oil rails — 2004.5–2010.

This warranty covers only the part itself and does not include any labor costs for installation, removal, or related services.
Warranty claims are subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and require proof of purchase, including the model number and original dated sales receipt. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, racing or competitive use, modification, neglect, or external causes.
This Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Within 30 days (unopened): return in new, unopened condition for a full refund of the purchase price — no restocking fee.
After 30 days: returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and components.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Installed both the uppers and lowers with no issues. Cold crank is no more than 3 seconds and hot start is even faster. I torqued every thing to 30 ftlbs and use my own 680 loctite even though they provide some. Let is sit for the recommended 24 hours.

The CSC upper and lower stand pipes are a game changer. I didn’t want to spend that money but I’m glad I did my truck runs idles so much better. Best stand pipes on the market hands down.
