The factory 6.0L Powerstroke dummy plugs rely on O-rings to seal the high-pressure oil system. Over time, those O-rings can deteriorate, leak, and contribute to problems such as long crank times, hot no-starts, and loss of high-pressure oil.
CSC’s O-Ringless Dummy Plugs eliminate the O-ring sealing point completely.
Each plug is CNC-machined from 316 stainless steel and designed as a permanent upgrade for the factory-style dummy plug.
