We Understand Cars
CSC Diesel is a diesel repair shop and parts manufacturer in Escondido, California, serving San Diego County since 2006 . We work on Ford, Dodge, and Chevy diesel trucks — but our specialty, the engine we know bolt-by-bolt, is the Ford 6.0L Power Stroke. After years of watching the same trucks come back with the same blown o-rings in the high-pressure oil system, we designed our own fix: CNC-machined, o-ringless stand pipes and dummy plugs that seal metal-to-metal, with no o-rings to fail. Today those parts ship to 6.0 owners and diesel shops across the country.
Built to Fix It Once
Our o-ringless stand pipes, dummy plugs, and injector couplers are CNC-machined from 316 stainless steel in the USA and carry a lifetime warranty. No elastomers, no heat-cycle failures, no doing the same job twice.
